Kombucha cocktails are trending, and for good reason! They add a probiotic boost and a tangy twist to traditional drinks. Our must-try pick this season is the Grapefruit Kombucha Paloma – a zesty, bubbly take on the beloved Paloma.

We were inspired by this Recipe from Camille Styles:

✨ 2 oz tequila or mezcal
✨ 3 oz grapefruit kombucha
✨ 1 oz fresh lime juice
✨ ½ oz honey or agave syrup
✨ Ice
✨ Grapefruit wedge & salt for garnish

Instructions:

+ Rim your glass with salt (optional) and fill it with ice.

+ Add tequila, lime juice, and honey/agave syrup. Stir to combine.

+ Top with grapefruit kombucha and give it a gentle stir.

+ Garnish with a grapefruit wedge and a sprig of rosemary. Enjoy!
